Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and follow up on daily emails and internal/external task requests

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups across the team and with clients

  • Prepare business presentations, briefs, and reports

  • Conduct online research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends

  • Assist in developing client proposals and business development documents

  • Manipulate, analyze, and format data from various sources (Excel, Amazon dashboards, internal tools)

  • Maintain and improve internal documentation and processes

  • Support the leadership team with ad hoc administrative and strategic tasks

Who You Are

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Slovak a plus)

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Interested in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, and business growth

  • Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Previous experience in coordination, business development support, or client-facing roles is a strong plus
