Job summary

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Bratislava-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and onboarding new brands from the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region to sell their products on the Amazon Marketplace (B2B model). Additionally, the role includes nurturing relationships with existing vendor clients and offering them strategic support and services to enhance their success on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential brand partners across the CEE region.

  • Pitch the benefits of listing on Amazon’s European marketplaces and guide new vendors through the onboarding process.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing vendor clients.

  • Promote and sell agency services such as content optimization, business consulting, advertising campaign management, and terms negotiation.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign execution.

  • Meet monthly targets for new business acquisition and upselling to existing clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally in e-commerce, digital marketing, or retail.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in Slovak and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.

  • Strong understanding of digital commerce and willingness to learn Amazon ecosystem specifics.

  • Ability to travel occasionally within the CEE region for meetings or events.
