Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Integration: Extract and consolidate data from multiple sources, including Amazon  Seller/Vendor Central, third-party tools, and internal systems. 
    Ensure data quality through robust cleaning and standardization processes.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis:  Conduct in-depth analysis of brand performance, product launches, and competitor strategies across Amazon and other marketplaces (e.g., Jumia, Walmart Europe). 
    Identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions for scaling brands and launching new products.
  • Analytics, Reporting & Forecasting:  Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to monitor key performance indicators. 
    Create forecasting models and perform trend analyses.
  • Strategic Insights & Recommendations: Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations to support business growth, product launches, and marketing strategies. 
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (account management, advertising, 
    creative, and SEO) to ensure that data insights drive operational and strategic 
    improvements.
  • AI Integration & Continuous Improvement:  Evaluate and integrate AI-driven tools and methodologies into data analysis processes for enhanced reporting accuracy and speed. 
    Stay updated on the latest trends in data science and e-commerce analytics, 
    bringing innovative solutions to the table. 

Key Qualifications: 
• Minimum 4+ years in e-commerce analytics or related fields. 
• Advanced proficiency in BI tools and data visualization. 
• Open to leveraging and learning AI-driven analytical tools; prior experience is a plus. 
• Ability to communicate complex insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
