Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on daily emails and internal/external task requests
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and follow-ups across the team and with clients
Prepare business presentations, briefs, and reports
Conduct online research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends
Assist in developing client proposals and business development documents
Manipulate, analyze, and format data from various sources (Excel, Amazon dashboards, internal tools)
Maintain and improve internal documentation and processes
Support the leadership team with ad hoc administrative and strategic tasks
Who You Are
Highly organized, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Slovak a plus)
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Interested in e-commerce, digital marketplaces, and business growth
Detail-oriented and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience in coordination, business development support, or client-facing roles is a strong plus
